Debbie Ford er en
internationalt anerkendt ekspert og pioner indenfor
personlig udvikling. Hendes speciale og passion er Shadow Work; arbejdet med at integrere vores skyggesider
og finde gaven i det, vi fornægter, undertrykker eller
dømmer.
Debbie Ford har skabt The Shadow Process Workshop og er
stifter af The Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching
på John F. Kennedy University, USA., hvor hun har
uddannet hundredvis af coaches fra hele verden. Debbie
har selv studeret psykologi med speciale i
bevidsthedsstudier på JFK University, og modtog i 2001
universitetets Alumni of the Year Award for sit
enestående bidrag til psykologi og spiritualitet. I 2003
modtog hun en æres doktorgrad fra Emerson University, og
i 2004 endnu en æres doktorgrad fra the John F. Kennedy
University Board of Regents.
Debbie har undervist sammen med bl.a. Deepak Chopra og
Neale Donald Walsch, som begge nærer stor respekt for
hendes arbejde med at acceptere, integrere og ære
skyggen. Hun er en populær gæst på tv shows som Oprah,
